I am wanting to visit a non-profit museum in my neighborhood. They have a form to fill out.

Before that – I wanted to make an appointment a public health clinic. This one is concerning, they disclosed to Google (via ReCaptcha) that I was on their site, that’s a fun HIPAA violation I never wanted to disclose.

In both cases, they asked for seven solutions, picking stop lights and motorcycles.

This is 100% training AI systems to learn how to drive, cars they won’t give free rides in – no they’ll lie to lawmakers to put them on the road and then in turn charge us for using them.

The cars we taught to drive, we have to pay for.

Even better – I failed. These were sold to us to stop bots from doing bad things online, then they literally invented the bots that go online. They also invented bots that solve these, you can install them in your browser right now – AI is so good at it, they have to train it to refuse the request.

It’s only now a weapon against you – the human user.

Designed to Fail You, The Human

Today, I just wanted to go to a museum. Again, yesterday, it actively blocked me from getting care – I failed the catpcha, I had to then get it scream audio at me over and over – to get medical care, you must train an AI system that will be used against you later as a consumer, you are the slave, and you are being abused.

In the screenshot above, I simply tried to use the assistive technology (the audio captcha) – in this case, I’m punished for being disabled basically. If I lacked sight, and clicked the audio button, it would have done this too – so Google is actively blocking people from sites that you own, your site, your business, your forms because they are illegally violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.2 guidelines.

Again – if you employ these, you are losing business. I cannot move forward with this webform in any way, I cannot conduct business with this non-profit. Because a computer has decided to lock out the humans – we fear AI, but it’s already here, we’ve given up all control.

And audio captchas are horrific for people – they simply do not work, they are offensive to users.

The point was supposed to be blocking automation – that they later invented and forced upon us and now it’s actively used to patrol us, block us, keep us from using things. The machine can bypass this, I’m just a user and absolutely cannot bypass this. I have a filled out form I cannot keep the contents of, navigate away from and basically – the non-profit I want to visit ends up losing my visit and donation.

Yesterday, it was literally blocking me from getting medical care. Google will not index and show you this post. They will punish me for speaking out against their theft, but it’s wrong, and we need to stop taking this abuse.

In my case, I have a brain injury – just being asked to solve this is an imposition.

And it’s labor, you’re making me work for Google, who isn’t paying me in any way – they are building a massive bot with our data, that beats captchas.

Stop putting up with this, tell the companies who put them on their websites to abandon them – or you’ll abandon them too.
